NILI and NW-NALRC offering Community-Based Project Planning and Development Workshop Series!

The Northwest Indigenous Language Institute (NILI), through the Northwest Native American Language Resource Center (NW-NALRC), is going to be offering a Community-Based Project Planning and Development Workshop Series!

There are 15 total workshops in the series, with 5 being offered over the course of the next 6 weeks. Completing all 15 workshops will take participants from learning the essentials of project planning, including evaluating community readiness and capacity, to creating actionable goals and a budget, to drafting a final project proposal.

First 5 Workshops:

These first 5 CPPD workshops will be offered online via Zoom from 3:30 - 4:30 PM PST. Workshops also have associated drop-in assistance time, also on Zoom, for participants to work directly with NW-NALRC staff on developing their projects.

Workshop information and associated files will be provided via the Canvas platform. This platform is free to use but does require an email to create an account. We will be sending registered participants an invitation to the email that you provide on this form.

Due to our present capacity limitations and the need for personalized engagement between participants and NW-NALRC staff, all workshops are capped at 50 participants. We offer registration on a first-come, first-served basis. If you register for the course after we have reached our capacity limit, we will notify you and put you on a waiting list for the next time that we offer these workshops.
